TABLE DETAIL: MMTFDRAWINGS FILE

The structure of this table was designed to record identifying information and analytical detail for the production process of Frank Lloyd Wright commissions.

Note: The column labels shown within the table structures are historical references only, and do not reflect the definitions used within the version of the database being served through the website.

TABLE NOTES

Table MMTFDRAWINGS FILE contains 1,157 rows arranged in 48 columns.

Entries record a detailed Frank Lloyd Wright project description with attribution of contributors. Extensive elements of analysis may include alternative nomenclature, various descriptions, scheme distinction, project phase dates, type of construction, design characteristics, and research commentary by Geiger.

One of the most intricate table definitions in the JGDB10 database, Table MMTFDRAWINGS FILE displays the content of other tables as subforms to report extensive additional information about design, drawing, or other production authorship for Frank Lloyd Wright commissions:

Data entry was assisted by choice lists built into the table structure in order to record consistent terms for roof type, plan type, type of occupancy, building type, decorative arts, drawing type, media, and source of attribution. Some terms were not applied, but the lists themselves are instructive of the comprehensive view Geiger intended for his categorization of Frank Lloyd Wright designs. Additional qualifications are commented in the DataEase Table Form image, below

This table provides lookup relationships for columns of Tables AuthorLineItems, Drawings Line Items, and Published/Drawings, and relies on lookup relationship with a column of Table MMTFNL.
