PROCEDURE NOTES

Procedure JGJOBEVAL>6LIST calls on Table MMTFDRAWINGS FILE with a filters applied on Column [EVAL] (" not = ?" and ">6") to exclude Frank Lloyd Wright commissions without an evaluation number assigned by Geiger and include only projects evaluated as 6 or higher, then sort the results by year (1900 to 1959, then 1893 to 1899) with subtotaled counts. The report format produced a list showing the Frank Lloyd Wright Archives project number, date, assigned evaluation number, client name, and project title, grouped chronologically with subtotal count. The last generation of the report contained 418 entries.

The query structure is the same as PROCEDURE 122: JGJOBEVAL>6LIST in Database JGDBFULL.
