Note: The column labels shown within the query structures are historical references only, and do not reflect the definitions used within the version of the database being served through the website.
PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure JGROOFTYPESORT calls on Table MMTFDRAWINGS FILE with a filter applied on Column [ROOFTYPE] ("Pyramidal", presumably for roof plans having triangular sides) to include only projects assigned to that category. Terms for the categorization of Wright roof types used in the database can be found as a choice list for Column [ROOFTYPE]. The report format produced a list of the Frank Lloyd Wright Archives inventory number, the client name, and project title, grouped by year with subtotaled count of commissions. The last generation of the report, which contained 1 entry, had a different category ("Butterfly") that was likely entered manually but the change was not saved to the query structure at the time.
The query structure is similar to PROCEDURE 70: JGSORTROOFTYPE in Database JGDB10.
