TABLE DETAIL: AUTHORLINEITEMS

The structure of this table was designed to report relationships between the name of an individual held responsible for the creation of a specific drawing for a Frank Lloyd Wright design to other tables containing project title or designator, drawing descriptions, publication citations, and biographical information.

Note: The column labels shown within the table structures are historical references only, and do not reflect the definitions used within the version of the database being served through the website.

TABLE NOTES

Table AUTHORLINEITEMS contains 1,666 rows arranged in 10 columns.

Entries record a series of row identifiers from various tables to establish relationships between building client and project title, archival drawing citation, and names of the individuals noted as the principal creator of a drawing. Much of the uniquely valuable information in this table comes from notes made by John Howe, Curtis Besinger, and A. Louis Wiehle referencing the Frank Lloyd Wright project drawings that appear in the Monograph volumes (See also: Annotation Lists). In addition, John Geiger added his own personal knowledge and further research acquired through other sources. The bulk of entries in this table were made in March and April of 1996, with additional content added in 1998, 2005, and 2008.

Records from the table are displayed as a subform of Table DRAWING AUTHOR FILE. This table provides lookup relationship with a column of Table Drawings Line Items, and relies on lookup relationships with columns of Tables DRAWING AUTHOR FILE and MMTFNL.
