PROCEDURE 148: OCCUPANCY

The query returns a list of Frank Lloyd Wright projects categorized according to building type.

Note: The column labels shown within the query structures are historical references only, and do not reflect the definitions used within the version of the database being served through the website.

PROCEDURE NOTES

Procedure OCCUPANCY calls on Table MMTFDRAWINGS FILE with a filter applied on Column [OCCUPANCY] ("not = blank") to select Frank Lloyd Wright commissions according to type of building use. The building types recorded iin the database can be found as a choice list for Column [OCCUPANCY], and also in Table CATEGORY OF WORK. The report format produced a list showing Frank Lloyd Wright project number, client name, and project title, grouped by type of building with a subtotal count. The last generation of the report contained 1,125 entries.
