PROCEDURE 11: TFDRAWAUTHORBYLAST
The query returns
the authorship of individual drawings for Frank Lloyd Wright commissions,
grouping them by principal delineator.

PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure TFDRAWAUTHORBYLAST calls on records of Tables AuthorLineItems, MMTFDRAWINGS FILE, and Drawings Line Items to order drawings alphabetically by building client or project designator, group them alphabetically by the last name of the principal creator, with a total count per group. The report format produced a list showing Frank Lloyd Wright Archives drawing inventory number, type of drawing, client name, and project title, grouped alphabetically by delinator last name. The last generation of the report contained 1,666 drawings entries involving more than 350 Wright projects. Additional comments found in some records may offer further attributions, such as secondary participants, indicate revisions by Frank Lloyd Wright, and possible uncertainties, often together with a note identifying the source of the information.
This query is the same as PROCEDURE 102: TFDRAWAUTHORBYLAST2 in Database JGDB10; and a later refinement of PROCEDURE 52: TFDRAWAUTHORBYLAST in Database JGDBFULL.
