PROCEDURE 41: JGDRAWAUTHEVAL
The query returns a list of drawings for Frank Lloyd Wright commissions grouped by the name of the person deemed principal creator, together with an evaluation of importance of the design by John Geiger using an assignment of 2 (lowest) to 10 (highest).

PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure JGDRAWAUTHEVAL calls on Tables AuthorLineItems and MMTFDRAWINGS FILE with a filter applied on [LAST NAME] ("not = blank") to retreive Frank Lloyd Wright project drawings for which authorship has been recorded in the database. The report format produced a list showing Frank Lloyd Wright Archives drawing inventory number, first name of the delineator, and the evaluation number assigned by Geiger, grouped by last name of the delineator with a subtotal count. The last generation of the report contained 1,666 entries.
