Column: [ENTRY DATE] records a date in month/day/year format.

Column: [PREVIOUS YEAR DONAT] records a dollar amount of donations for a previous year.

Column: [RECORD NUMBER] records a numerical identifier through lookup on a row value of Column [RECORD NUMBER] of Table MMTFNL.

Column: [SUBSCRIPTION REC #] records a unique numerical identifier for each row in the table. This identifier is referenced in Column [SUB REC#] of Table SUB LINE ITEMS.

Column: [JOURNAL SUBSCRIBER] records an issue number for the JTF through lookup on Column [THRU ISSUE #] of Table SUB LINE ITEMS.

Column: [YR/DATE DONATION] records a dollar amount of donations for the current year.

Column: [CONTRIB] records "YES" in all rows.

Column: [CONTRIB3] records "YES" in all rows.
