PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure MMTFIDPRINT calls on Table MMTFID to report abbreviations used by Geiger in Columns [ID CODE 1] and [ID CODE 2] of Table MMTFNL to indicate the roles of individuals within the Frank Lloyd Wright community. The terms serve as an index of categories as they relate to the Taliesin Fellowship, the Taliesin Fellows, subscribers to the Journal of the Taliesin Fellows, staff or others relevant because of involvement with Frank Lloyd Wright buildings or conservation organizations, and miscellaneous other qualifications. Multiple abbreviations were often concatenated together in the row entries of Column [ID CODE 1] of Table MMTFNL to allow varied personal distinctions and support complex sorting queries (hence the frequent use of wildcard ["*"] elements found in many queries). The report format produced a list showing the abbreviation codes and their descriptions; a printable version in the original DataEase layout can be found in the Database Search section, below.
This query is the same as PROCEDURE 3: MMTFIDSYMBOLS in Database JGDBFUL; and also PROCEDURE 2: MMTFIDSYMBOLS in Database JGDB10.
