Procedure JGDRAWAUTHPRELIM32/59 calls on Table Drawings Line Items with filters applied on Column [DRAWING TYPE] ("PRELIMINARY", "PRELIM/Conceptual", "PRELIM/Study", "PRELIM/Presentation", "PRELIM/Developmental", "EXHIBITION", and "PUBLICATION") to select drawing types and on Column [LAST NAME] ("not = blank") to select Frank Lloyd Wright project drawings where authorship has been assigned in the database. There is also a filter applied on Column [CORRECTED ARCHIVE #] ("between [19]32 and [19]59") to set a range of dates. The report format produced a list showing Frank Lloyd Wright Archives project and inventory drawing number, building client, and project title, grouped by last name of the delineator with subtotal count.
