The query returns a list of drawings for Frank Lloyd Wright commissions, grouped by name of the person deemed principal creator.

PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure JGDRAWBYAUTHPRELIM calls on Table Drawings Line Items with filters applied on Column [DRAWING TYPE] ("PRELIMINARY", "PRELIM/Conceptual", "PRELIM/Presentation", "PRELIM/Developmental", "PRELIM/Study", and "PUBLICATION" and on Column [LAST NAME] ("not = blank") to select Frank Lloyd Wright project drawings where authorship has been assigned in the database. The report format produced a list showing Frank Lloyd Wright Archives project and inventory drawing number, building client, and project title, grouped by last name of the delineator with subtotal count.
