PROCEDURE 105: JGDRAWBYAUTHPRELIM
The query returns a list of preliminary presentation drawings for Frank Lloyd Wright commissions, grouped by name of the person deemed principal creator.

PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure JGDRAWBYAUTHPRELIM calls on Drawings Line Items with a filter applied on Column [DRAWING TYPE] to include only preliminary presentation renderings to group relevant drawings by the name of the drafter or renderer. The types of drawings recorded in the database can be viewed as a choice list for Column [DRAWING TYPE]. The report format produced a list of the Frank Lloyd Wright Archives project number, Frank Lloyd Wright Archives drawing inventory number, name of creator, and the building client name, grouped by last name of renderer with subtotal counts.
The query structure is similar to PROCEDURE 42: JGDRAWBYAUTHPRELIM in Database JGDB10.
