PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure TFFZSD calls on Table MMTFNL with extensive filters applied on Column [ID CODE 1] to include a category of specific individuals ("*TF*", for Taliesin Fellowship), and to exclude other categories ("*NP", for records not meant to be printed; "*DC*", for deceased; "*TW*", Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation staff resident at Taliesin; "*FA*", Wright family members; "*NX*", for address unknown; "*PG*", for progeny of Taliesin Fellowship members; "*WS*", for Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation staff; "*ST*", excluding dual values for Taliesin Fellow, Student ["TFST"] and for Taliesin West, Foundation Staff, not apprentices ["WSST"]; and "*SP*", for spouse of Taliesin Apprentice or other). The abbreviations for most of the filter terms can be found in Table MMTFID. The report format is commented "Apprentice List Phoenix and Scottsdale" dated July 25, 2001, and produced a directory of contact information and dates of residence in the Taliesin Fellowship.
