PROCEDURE NOTES

Procedure TFRESIDENTSHORTTFIN calls on Table MMTFNL with filters applied on Columns [ID CODE 1] to include a specific category of individual ("*TF*", for Taliesin Fellowship) and exclude other categories ("*SP*", for spouse of Taliesin Apprentice or other; "*WS*", for Taliesin West, Foundation Staff, not apprentices; and "*GD*", for "Gurdjieff People" from Mrs. Wright's group who were not apprentices). The abbreviations and descriptions for the filter terms can be found in Table MMTFID. The report format produced a list showing a unique numerical identifier, identification codes, date of entering Taliesin, and name. Although the list is meant to be sorted chronologically, limitations in DataEase resulted in dates being shown in the following sequence: unknown ("??/??/??") [related to students known to be attending the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture in the year 2000], 1901-1999, then 1899 [there is also a confusion of short form year dates ("99") between the years 1899 and 1999, though these are few in number]. The last generation of the report contained 1,316 entries, but some individuals are duplicated due to change of married name. The comment in the Report Format image below should be consulted.
