PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure TFLIVING<60 calls on Table MMTFNL with extensive filters applied on Column [ID CODE 1] to include a specific category of individuals ("*TF*", for Taliesin Fellowship), and exclude other categories ("*NP*", for non print record; "*DC*", for deceased; "*TFCH*", for Taliesin Fellows chapter members; "*FA*", for Wright family members; "*NX*", for address unknown; "*SP*", for spouse of Taliesin Apprentice or other; "*MU*", for resident summer musicians at Taliesin; "*PG*", for progeny of Taliesin Fellowship members; and "*WS*", for Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation staff). The abbreviations and descriptions for the filter terms can be found in Table MMTFID. A date filter is placed on Column [TF IN] to include only individuals present at Taliesin prior to May 1, 1959. The report format produced a directory of mailing addresses, ordered alphabetically by last name. The last generation of the report contained 218 entries.
