PROCEDURE NOTES

Procedure TRIAL2 calls on Table MMTFNL with filters applied on Column [TF IN] ("=between 01/01/[18]89 to 12/31/1900"; and ("[19]01 to [19]59"), and filters applied on Columns [ID CODE 1] and [ID CODE 2] to exclude specific categories of individuals ("*HF*", for Honor[ary] Fellow, employees of FLLW prior to '32 Fellowship; and "*FA*", for Wright family members). The abbreviations and descriptions for the filter terms can be found in Table MMTFID. Additional date range filters are placed on Column [SORTDATE] ("between [18]89 to [18]99" and "between [19]01 to [19]59"). The report format produced a list showing a unique numerical identifier, identification codes, date of arrival at Taliesin, last and first name, ordered in general chronologically (the 1889-1899 segment is not correctly sorted). There was an error in the database that caused spurious repeition of Wright family member names, but the remainder of the report executed well The last generation of the report contained 858 entries.

The query structure is similar to PROCEDURE 133: TRIAL in Database JGDB10, though the report format differs.
