PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure TFLISTNYYEAR2 calls on Table MMTFNL with chronological filters applied on Columns [TF in] and [TF OUT] to select records for the years between 1911 and 1924 1935, and Columns [ID CODE 1] and [ID CODE 2] to include a specific category of individuals ("*TF*", for Taliesin Fellowship) and exclude other categories ("*PG*" for for progeny of Taliesin Fellowship members; "*ST*", excluding dual values for Taliesin Fellow, Student ["TFST"] and for Taliesin West, Foundation Staff, not apprentices ["WSST"] ; "*SP*", for spouse of Taliesin Apprentice or other; "*MU*", for resident summer musicians at Taliesin; "*FA*", for Wright family members; and "*GD*",for "Gurdjieff People" from Mrs. Wright's group who were not apprentices). The abbreviations and descriptions for the filter terms can be found in Table MMTFID. This query was likely developed by Geiger to enable manual changes in date range to retrieve lists of the Taliesin Fellowship population by year. The report format produced a list showing a unique numerical identifier, identification codes, dates of arrival and departure at Taliesin, and name, ordered alphabetically. The last generation of the report contained 19 entries.
The query structure is the same as PROCEDURE 106: TFLISTANYYEAR in Database JGDB10, except for the date range.
