GEIGER QUERY PROCEDURES
Database JGDB10 Query Set

PROCEDURE 1: MMTFREC#

The query was designed to report mailing addresses for subscribers to the Journal of the Taliesin Fellows.

Note: The column labels shown within the query structures are historical references only, and do not reflect the definitions used within the version of the database being served through the website.

PROCEDURE NOTES

Procedure MMTFREC# calls on records of Tables MMTNFL and SUB LINE ITEMS (which appears only in Database JGDBFULL; the application fails with the message "Table SUB LINE ITEMS absent", but the lack of a query structure, noted below, does not indicate what column(s) in the table were referenced) to select current subscribers to the Journal of the Taliesin Fellows (JTF). Due to the absence of Table SUB LINE ITEMS in Database JGDB10, this search no longer worked in Database JGDB10 and other post-JGDBFULL versions of the Geiger database. The report format was meant to produce mailing labels.

This query is similar to PROCEDURE 2: MMTFREC# in Database JGDBFULL.

DATABASE SEARCH

Search based on this procedure cannot be executed through the version of the database available on the website.

ORIGINAL DATAEASE PROCEDURE SCREENS

Query Structure

Note: The procedure screen image shown below is a DataEase Quick Report field list view that reflects the table structure for data entry, and is not a search formula written by John Geiger in DataEase Query Language (DQL). The absence of Table SUB LINE ITEMS in Database JGDB10 caused the DataEase application to stop working when attempting to execute the display command and, if one existed, no query structure screen could be obtained.

To examine a version of the DQL formula, see Database JGDBFULL Procedure 2.
