Entries record mailing expenses for Issues #1-4, #9, and #13/14-26 of the JTF. Records are dated from February 24, 1996 to September 29, 2000.

The table provides lookup relationships for columns of Table MMTFPUBLICATIONREC, and relies on lookup relationships with columns of Tables MMTF/JOURNAL/COST andMMTFMAILCOST.
