Column:[REC#] records an automatically assigned unique row identifier number for each row in this table.

Column: [INSURER#] records a number related to an insurance policy.
Column: [DESC2] records additional descriptive detail about an object.
Column: [X] records a single number ("1") for an unknown purpose.
Column: [DESC3] records additional descriptive detail about an object.
Column: [UNITCOST] records additional detail about cost associated with an object, usually indicating repairs or conservation expense. Few entries.
Column: [TCOST] records the total of Column [UNITCOST] multiplied by the count present in the row of Column [OH].
Column: [LOCATION] records a location for the object in the Geiger apartment on Westgate, using a selection list:
Column: [LOCATION2] records a secondary location for objects with multiple quantities. Rarely used.
