PROCEDURE 125: PUBDRAWLISTBYDATE
The query returns a chronologically ordered list of drawings for a selected Frank Lloyd Wright project with bibliographic citations.

PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure PUBDRAWLISTBYDATE calls on Tables Published/Drawings, Published Line Items, and Drawings Line Items with a manually entered filter applied on Column [COCOMMENTS] ("4305", for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, in the last recorded search). The report format produced a list of Frank Lloyd Wright Archives drawing inventory numbers, client names, project titles, drawing descriptions, bibliographic citations, and the date of the drawing, although the report is flawed by omission of the information retrieved from Table DRAWINGS LINE ITEM that would have printed the date of a drawing. The last generation of the report contained 32 entries.
