The query returns a list of working drawings for Frank Lloyd Wright commissions, grouped by name of the person deemed principal creator.

PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure JGDRAWBYAUTHORWORKDW calls on Drawings Line Items with filters applied on Column [DRAWING TYPE] ("WD/Developmental"; "WD/Preliminary"; "WD/Working Drawings"; and "WD/Construction") to include only those types of architectural drawing; and a filter applied on Column [LASTNAME] to retrieve only entries with a recorded name. The types of drawings recorded in the database can be viewed as a choice list for Column [DRAWING TYPE]. The report format produced a list showing the Frank Lloyd Wright Archives project number and drawing inventory number, name of creator, and client name, grouped by last name of delineator with subtotal counts.
