PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure PUBLISHDRAWBYA# calls on Tables Published Line Items, MMTFDRAWINGS FILE, and Published/Drawings with filters applied on Columns [COCOMMENTS] ("????", which is a placeholder for manual insertion of a Frank Lloyd Wright Archives project number; the last use of the query was "3702", for House for Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Jacobs 1) and [FLLW ARCHIVES DRAW #] ("not = blank") to select drawings related to a single Wright project. The report format produced a block layout list of Frank Lloyd Wright drawing inventory number, client name, bibligraphic information concerning publications in which a drawing appeared. The last generation of the report contained 33 entries.
