The report format provided a block layout list of bibliographic information, including numbers related to citations found in Frank Lloyd Wright: An Annotated Bibliography, by Robert L. Sweeney, and count of copies, ordered by type of medium ("Audio/Visual", "Catalog/Brochure", "Compiled Letters", "Computer Scans", "FLLWDrawPrintFull" for full sized reproduction of Wright project drawings, "FFLWDrawOriginal" for origiinal Wright project drawings in the possession of Geiger, "FLLWFoundArchive" for Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation Archives [e.g., copies of the Taliesin Square papers, Frank Lloyd Wright Quarterly, and other Taliesin-related archival materials], "FLLWMiscellaneous", "Offprints", and "Periodicals").
