PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure JGPUBDRAWSORTYRCLIENT calls on Tables Published Line Items and Published/Drawings to retrieve all Frank Lloyd Wright project drawings recorded in the database as having been published. The report format produced a block layout list showing Frank Lloyd Wright Archives drawing inventory number and bibliographic citation information, ordered chronologically. The last generation of the report contained 9,943 entries.
The query structure is similar to PROCEDURE 114: JGPUBDRAWSORT1CLIENT in Database JGDB10, and others, except the sort is on the year not the client name. A version of this query refined to a single Wright project can be seen in PROCEDURE 146: JGPUBDRAWSORTCLIENT2 in Database JGDB10.
