PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure TFTFOUT=BLANK calls on Table MMTFNL with filters applied on Columns [TF IN], TF OUT], [TF IN 2] and [TF OUT 2] to select records without a date for departure from Taliesin recorded in the database. There is also a filter applied on Column [ID CODE 1] to include a specific category of individuals ("*TF*", for Taliesin Fellowship) and to exclude other categories ("*PG*", for progeny of Taliesin Fellowship members; "*FA*", for Wright family members; "*WS*", for Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation staff; "*SP*", for spouse of Taliesin Apprentice or other; "*MU*", for resident summer musicians at Taliesin; and "*ST*", excluding dual values for Taliesin Fellow, Student ["TFST"] and for Taliesin West, Foundation Staff, not apprentices ["WSST"]). The report format produced list showing a unique numerical identifier, identification code, date of arrival at Taliesin, and name, ordered alphabetically.
The query structure is similar to PROCEDURE 121: TFTFOUT2=BLANK in Database JGDB10; and PROCEDURE 117: TFTFIN=BLANK in Database JFDBFULL.
