PROCEDURE NOTES
Procedure DRAWLINESFXBLANK calls on Table Drawings Line Items with a filter applied on Column [DRAW SUFFIX] ("not = blank") to retrieve records of drawings with an assigned suffix (e.g., "-", "*", "?", "+", or a capital letter). The meaning of the suffix categories is unclear. The procedure was likely created by John Geiger to do maintenance on the drawing inventory numbers. The report format produced a list showing the Frank Lloyd Wright Archives project and drawing inventory numbers, suffix, and a secondary Frank Lloyd Wright Archives drawing number, ordered by Frank Lloyd Wright project number and without any further detail. The last generation of the report contained 76 entries.
