Procedure PUBITEMSEXPORT calls on Table Published/Drawings with a filter applied to Column [COCOMMENTS] (">0000") to select all records with a value on the row. The report format produced a block layout list intended to show bibliographic citations for published Frank Lloyd Wright drawings. The query structure, however, does not supply the data intended to present the information provided for in the report format; instead, only the Frank Lloyd Wright drawing inventory number appears in the report without the further information indicated by the Report Format image below.
